Careers

Amplify the voices of young people to equip caring adults to care better.

The Springtide team is made of people who are passionate about how young people are exploring and engaging with religion, spirituality, and belief.

Our work is informed by a diverse set of voices including staff, a Research Advisory Board, interns, and the Springtide Ambassadors. We live our mission by intentionally including young people’s involvement throughout the organization.

Our team is fully remote and work from home. We coordinate work across the United States using Microsoft Teams as our “office.” Our excellent IT team provides robust support so everyone can do their best work. We gather in person several times each year for critical meetings, with travel paid for by the organization.

To intern at Springtide was nothing short of awe-inspiring; I was able to not only observe the operations of a remote-based nonprofit, but I was able to create spaces to better understand the lived experiences of young people. To do work that touches on matters of connection, meaning, belonging, and identity while aiding young people and their loved ones is not only an honor, it is a rarity. My internship at Springtide will forever be remembered as one of the best experiences I had in college: I gained skills in media writing and leadership, and I left with a greater sense of empathy and hope for the future.
