BIPOC Research Fellowship Program

The Springtide BIPOC Fellowship focuses on research and dissemination of findings from our large, nationally representative data sets about the faith lives of young people. This may include analysis of existing data, the development of new projects for Springtide, and/or the analysis of new findings. The goal is to provide fellows with experience researching and writing about religion using data and communicating Springtide findings to stakeholders in productive ways.
Applications should be submitted to HR@springtideresearch.org

Contract Researcher

Springtide Research Institute collects, analyzes, and publishes social science data, both quantitative and qualitative, from 13-25-year-olds that we use to shape actionable insights in order to help people serve that population better. We also work with external partners who need custom research services. We are looking for contractors to work on projects with us, starting at 10 hours a week at $20/hour. If you are a skilled social science researcher or graduate student, interested in working with us, please send your cover letter and resume to Megan Bissell, Head of Research for SRI, at megan@springtideresearch.org.

Springtide Internships

Springtide offers internships for undergraduate or graduate students during the fall, spring, and summer semesters to students who are currently enrolled in an accredited university and have a passion for helping to end social isolation among young people through a combination of research and creative partnerships. Interns assist with a variety of tasks according to Springtide’s needs and the intern’s specific skills with four different placements options in: Research, Editorial, Media Relations, or Community Engagement. Each intern will have the opportunity to learn about the entire organization, including strategic direction, funding sources, and management.
