Director of Development & Partnership Engagement

Reporting to the President & CEO, the Director of Development & Partnership Engagement is responsible for providing strategic leadership in development and advancement strategies for organizational growth and facilitating a culture of partnership engagement to advance the organization’s mission. The Director of Development & Partnership Engagement will build relationships with foundation, corporate and individual funders, is responsible for meeting development goals, and will assist in overseeing partnership communication efforts. The Director of Development & Partnership Engagement supervises the development office and team. This position serves as the primary liaison to the development advisory council comprised of board representation and mostly mission-aligned philanthropically-focused local and national leaders.

Social Science Research Intern

Springtide offers two internships for undergraduate or graduate students during the fall, spring and summer semesters to students who are currently enrolled in an accredited university and have a passion for helping to end social isolation among young people through a combination of research and creative partnerships. Interns will assist with a variety of tasks according to Springtide needs and applicant skills including research, communications, social media, community engagement and writing. Each intern will have the opportunity to learn about the entire organization, including strategic direction, funding sources and management.
