Did you know you can pause your donation or adjust the amount? We are here to help.
How to Pause or Adjust Your Donation
To pause or adjust your recurring donation, please call us at 1-866-457-7927 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday.
You can also email us at giving@springtideresearch.org.
What to Expect When Pausing:
- Your recurring gift will be placed on hold immediately.
- There will be no cost for pausing your account.
- All your information will remain, so that you can reactivate your donations when you are ready.
- Your recurring gift can be paused indefinitely.
- When you reactivate your donations, you can adjust the amount and schedule.
Adjusting Your Donation:
- The minimum donation amount is $5.
- You can change the scheduled payment date.
- You can change the schedule to weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- All changes will be in effect by the next billing cycle.
