Find Out What Young People Are Saying About Their Mental Health

 In Mental Health

It’s no secret that the mental health crisis has reached epidemic proportions, especially for Gen Z. Yet, a growing willingness to share mental health struggles is pushing away the stigma and instead welcoming acceptance and open dialogue. Springtide’s two-year focus on youth, faith and mental health has contributed to that conversation throughout the pandemic. Our newest offering, The State of Religion & Young People 2022: Mental Health–What Faith Leaders Need to Know, brings fresh data and insights for all adults looking to create mental-health friendly environments for young people.

To hear the latest mental-health research from the largest Gen Z data set in the nation, join us Oct. 19 for Research in Action: A Conference on Gen Z, Mental Health and Religion. In this 90-minute conversation, you’ll learn from Springtide, members of Gen Z and premier mental health experts about how young people’s faith intersects with their mental health and how adults can help foster mental wellness. Then join live breakout rooms where co-hosts will host reflections from their faith perspective, including representatives from Fuller Youth Institute, Muslim Wellness Foundation, National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry (NFCYM), and the National Jewish Center for Learning and Leadership (Clal).

Come hear how to address mental health for young people and walk away with actionable insights – whether you’re in a school, faith community or an organization serving teens and young adults. We look forward to seeing you on the 19th!
