Self-absorbed and materialistic; naive and cowardly; idealistic, oversensitive, and fragile; apathetic and uninformed; narcissistic; the “snowflake generation.” These are just some of the stereotypes young people have reported hearing for Generation Z, or those roughly born between 1995 and 2010. Yet, as misunderstood as they might be, there is plenty of investment being made into trying to understand them.
