Ivan Brea (he/him/his)

Ivan joins Springtide as a community engagement intern, working closely with Marte Aboagye to create spaces to understand the lives of young people and help them grow and thrive. During his internship, Ivan hopes to gain a better understanding of the inner and outer lives of young people while honing his skills in media writing, communication and leadership. Ivan is rising senior at New York University, where he’s pursuing a bachelor’s degree in political science and Hispanic studies. When he’s not working, he enjoys watching movies, drinking coffee, reading all types of literature, and spending time with friends.
