Shipping
Most orders ship within 24 hours during normal business hours. During our late-summer busy season, the shipment of orders may be delayed for up to 72 hours. Most orders ship by United Parcel Service (UPS). Please let us know if you need your order by a specific date by writing a note in the “additional comments” box on the web order page.
Springtide Research Institute Holidays
Springtide Research Institute will not ship any orders on the following holidays.
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve through New Year’s Eve
The number of days the package will take to reach you depends on how far you live from Winona, Minnesota, and which shipping method you select. You can use the following link to UPS to get an idea of shipping times: www.ups.com. On the UPS website, mouse-over the Shipping tab to view the dropdown menu, then click “Calculate Time and Cost” from the choices. Scroll down to “Additional Resources/Tools” and click “Zones and Rates.” Then from the left navigation menu, select “U.S. Ground Maps,” as noted above, with the remaining information.
Rush Orders
If you wish to place a rush order, please let us know this in the “additional comments” box on the order form. Indicate if you need overnight or 2-day delivery for your order. You will be billed the actual shipping charge for priority shipping. Nothing is shipped out of Springtide Research Institute on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If you need to place a rush order, we strongly recommend that you call 866-457-7927 and talk with a customer care associate.
